SLEEPY KOALAS

The name koala comes from the aboriginal culture - it means no drink. Did you know that koalas sleep for 20 hours a day and eat for 4 hours a day. They eat eucalyptus/gum leaves.

My Description of Halga Reissman

Here is my Description of Helga Reissman.

Once there was a tall person called Helga Reissman and she was 50 years old , her eyes are as blue and clear as ice. Her hair is like a bundle of hay and has bits of brown hair as brown as chocolate.

She wears cool long tops, also she has light brown high heel boots I think that the colour looks like cow poo.

She wears glass when she reads, but when she does not reading she wears the glass on her head and the same pants every day.  

On her right ear she has a creepy silver earring that sticks right throw the top of her ear.

Helga Reissman is a tin person and her face is oval.

Helga Reissman works in a school in Greymouth called Grey Main School. She work in Mamaku 1. She had to move away from family to work here. She is missing her daughters , Husband and her dog Millie. She is living with her sister while she works here.

She teaches the higher group in maths and writing. She works in digital school with everyone having a Chromebook of there own and they do everything on the Chromebooks.

Here is my step by step gide to make Robert Delaunay art:

Step 1: Cut out circles and half circles.

Step 2: Place the circles on the piece of paper.

Step 3: Glue the circles on the paper.

Step 4: The get another piece of paper for a boarder.

Step 5: Get another piece of paper and glue it on.


Now your art work is done!

Here is a image of my Art

I like using bright colours. 
I think that my art looks better than Robert Delaunay's art.
If I do it again I would use dark colours.
I feel really happy about a my art work I will do it again one day! 

Cross Country Reflection 2017

          CROSS COUNTRY

 At Grey main school we had the cross country on the 29 of May.

I was walking to the starting line and then I heard GO! I ran as fast as I can I was 3rd until I came back into school and over the tyres. I tripped over I felt a pain in my side. I could not ran a bit. There was so much pain so I had to walk the whole way

I came 10 though.
