Green puppy born in Italy with 4 slings with white fur

 Green puppy born in Italy

Cristian Mallocci a sheep farmer might be expect an occasional black sheep amongst his flock. But how surprised he was when earlier this month, the Mallocci's dog, Spelacchia gave birth to a litter of five pups four of them with white fur just like there mixed breed mother. The other pup wad covered with green fur giving him the name Pistacchio. While the other 4 pups are up for adoption on the Italian island of Sardinia. Pistacchio is staying with the Mallocci family.

The farmer told CNN: "We are keeping him, he arrived in a dark time but he will bring luck!"

Though rear green puppy's are born there was white German Shepherd in North Carolina who gave birth to an unusually coloured pup in January, whose owners later named him Hulk.

I think this is amazing because it is so rare and they are viewing that he will bring luck in suck a dark time.

Mistletoe Bay Camp

Mistletoe Bay Camp

Next week my class is going on camp to mistletoe bay. So this week our tasks revolve around that. For this task we had to make a trail from our school to Mistletoe bay. Then pick 3 places we will go though on the way there and put a photo of that place and a fact. We also had to find the distant from start to finish, it was 269km from Grey Main to Mistletoe bay in a straight line.

Left out - Narrative Writing

Left out - Narrative Writing

For the past 2 weeks we have been working on narrative writing. For this writing you need a charter that went on a journey and in the end they would have learnt something. I choose a girl how would let other kids play with her and her friends. Then one day she is the one who gets left out.

Left out

On Monday the 2nd of April a 13 year old girl named Alyssa Williams woke to the shining of the sun on her face coming in from the crack where the 2 curtains meet each other. Alyssa was a very tall person with brown wavy hair going just past her shoulders. Slightly tanned skin and crystal clear blue eyes like the waves of the never ending sea. She got out of her warm bed and felt the cold fresh morning air hit her face. She walked to the mirror and started brushing her hair. She then walked down stairs into the dining room where her Dad was sitting on the end chair on the table reading the daily newspaper. Her mum was baking in the kitchen and handed her a plate of four light and puffy pancakes as golden and the sand on a beach. They were neatly stacked up on top of each other with a few cut up strawberries placed neatly on top. Alyssa smiled.

One hour later when she was dressed for school she got into her Mum’s small red car, and her Mum drove her to school. Then she walked to her class room where her friends were waiting. There were three, Emma, Oliva, and Hannah. Emma was an average height girl with long straight blond hair reaching down to her mid back, she also had blue eyes like Alyssa but a darker shade of blue. Olivia was the same height and had the same hair style as Emma but only her hair was brown with lighter brown tips, and she had emerald green eyes that sparked when the sun hit them. Hannah was a short girl with dark brown hair reaching just past her shoulders, she also had a fringe and dark brown eye that looked like creamy melted chocolate.

The day was wheezing by. It was already 1pm, lunch time. Alyssa and her friends were playing netball on the court. When Sophie, a short, skinny, red headed, freckled girl comes up to them. They all stop instantly and come over to each other forming a line. Sophie in a shy quiet voice says “Could I please play with you”. Alyssa starts laughing out loud “ You think WE would let YOU play with us haha, your dumber then I thought”. Sophie bursts into tears and runs away. Alyssa friends just stand there while Alyssa laughs and says “Come on guys lets got hang out on the field”

The next day when Alyssa wakes up the next day she smiles, completely forgetting about what happened with Sophie. She got up and got ready for school. When she got there she walked over to her friends like normal but they were acting a bit weird. Alyssa didn’t think anything about it, but at lunchtime after she had gone to the bathroom she walked over to the court where she thought her friends would be waiting. They were but with someone new. It was Sophie. When Alyssa got to they she said “ What are you guys doing talking to the dumb dumb”. “We don’t like the way you have been treating people lately” Said Emma “What have I done” Alyssa said in the most innocent voice. “ You have been mean about how people look” Hannah said. “ Yeah and not letting them play with us. So today you are being excluded” Olivia finished. Then all three of them pointed away from them, while Sophie was hiding behind them. “You can’t do this” “We just did Alyssa”.

Alyssa sadly walked away and sat down in the shade.. The concrete was cold on her bare legs and suddenly they day didn’t look so bright. The cold wind blowing in her face. She thought about all the times she had been mean to people and found it funny but now she didn’t like it because she was one getting hurt. She watched as her friends played with Sophie and felt so bad a teardrop rolled down her cheek. She was glad when school was over. She went home and lied on her bed. She realised she had to apologise to everyone she had hurt, first thing tomorrow morning. So she grabbed a notebook and wrote down all the names. But that night she couldn’t sleep, she kept tossing and turning in her sheets waiting for the sun to come up.

As soon as it did she got dressed and had breakfast. Today she decided to walk to school, it was only 10 minutes away. When she got there she stated on her list by the time the bell rang for the start on the school day she had finished the list, except for her friends and Sophie. So at lunch time she approached them on the court where they were playing netball. “What do you want” Olivia said when her eyes caught sight of Alyssa slowly and nervously walking towards them. “ Um uh” Alyssa said “Spit it out” Hannah yelled.

Alyssa took a big breath in and said “I just wanted to say I am so so so sorry for the way that I have been acting lately. I'm sorry that you guys had to put up with it, and I am thankful that you guys told me how I have been acting. It was a wake up call. Sophie I am really sorry for being mean to you yesterday, it probably took a lot of courage for you to ask us if you could play with us yesterday, I’m sorry. I understand if none of you want to play with me again, I get it. But I am trying to be nicer. “Of course you can play with us we just wanted you to be nicer to other people '' Emma said softly. Alyssa grew a big smile that stretched across her entire face. From that day on Alyssa and her friends which now inclined Shopie let anyone play with and they had big games of tag and netball. They never left anyone out again.

My Special place - Sunset

My Special Place

For writing this week we had to write about our special place, a place where we were happy or clam.
I wrote about the beach here is my writing.

Sun set

I watch as the sun goes down, the red, yellow and orange colours of the sky disappearing as the night sky comes.  The red yellow and orange tones of the sky fading into the darkness of night. The big green leaves of the palm tree sway in the wind, like a dancer on stage. The deep blue waves slowly advancing in from the sea. The golden sand shines in the remaining sunlight.

As I walk, I feel the warm soft sand between my toes.  The fresh spring wind touches my face and is joined by the gentle splash of salt water spray, each time a wave crashes on the rocks. The last rays of the sun warm me.

I hear the waves as they crash down on the shore while the wind whispers  in my ear.  Above me echoes the squawk of seagulls as they glide above the ocean while behind me leaves rustle in the wind.
I feel so happy here, free like a bird soaring through white fluffy clouds. I can be relaxed here but also energised. I love this feeling. It is the best feeling in the world.
